With over 13 years of combined experience in both in-person and online coaching, I’ve helped hundreds of adults achieve their health and fitness goals. Now, I specialize in coaching men 40 and older online, providing the guidance and strategies they need to build strength, improve fitness, and maintain a healthy, active lifestyle.

Through personalized training programs and customized macronutrient strategies, I work closely with each client to optimize body composition, increase energy levels, and enhance overall fitness in a sustainable and effective way.

FAQs 

Does your program have a specific time commitment? 

Yes. There is a 16 week commitment.  After the 16 weeks, you are more than welcome to continue with as many 16 week sessions as you wish.

What equipment do I need?

Other exercise equipment you may have access to can also be worked into a program.  

What happens after I submit my application?

Once I receive your application, I will review it and communicate with you within 24 hours via email to set up a Google Meet call for us.  This is where we can discuss your goals in more detail and see if we are a good fit for each other

Note: sometimes my emails will get sent to junk mail folders so please keep an eye out for that.  I will ALWAYS reply within 24 hours.
